We're really not that arrogant. You're just that dumb.

Because I think the Dodgers, who are next to last in MLB in runs scored, should do anything they can to put one run on the board?

You're a Giants fan, correct? That tells me all I need to know.

It was the first inning, man! How many other teams, regardless of where they stand in runs scored, would sacrifice in that situation?

What does that tell you? That I know the value of outs? What if Punto gets a hit, then it's 3-0 right?

You don't voluntarily give up fucking outs, especially in the first inning.

I challenge you to find even one person that agrees with you.

    Does Jim Tracy count?

Why would I care if someone agrees with me?

I still think with three of your best hitters on the DL, Mark Ellis who is a decent player for some reason sitting out and a catcher who should be in single A hitting cleanup, do what you can to score one run. Even if it's just one run.

I guess if you don't care about being right and are ok with being made to look a fool with these posts more power to you.

I think it is more foolish to think the home run is hit in your scenario, but I know you don't care about that either.

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.

You can throw at all the insults you want.

The Dodgers just sacrificed in the eighth to move a runner to 2nd, so since "you don't give up fucking outs" that was bad right?

What about when there are no outs, and you have a runner on 1st, pitcher hitting? It's better for the pitcher to strike out right? I mean you "don't give up fucking outs"? So you better not try to move the runner over.

Are you really this thick? Do any of these situations compare to bunting in the first inning with a position player?

Throw a maple leaf on the Jays cap for July 1. Our friends in Canuckistan can explain the rest.
