    No-hitter through five, seven strikeouts.

Josh Thole who is barely hitting over .100 breaks-up the no-hitter.

IMO keeping Cabrera, and Fielder, at more challenging defensive positions has provided incentive for both of them to stay in better shape than they'd likely be in if they shifted to 1B-DH as is constantly suggested.

Move Cabrera to 1B and Fielder to DH and odds are good they both pack on 30 pounds within a season. That's when all the fat-man injuries start piling up.

FWIW, Cabrera has been surprisingly non-abysmal defensively at 3B the last couple seasons. Everybody expected a debacle and he has actually been OK. Fielder, OTOH, has surpassed everyone's worst nightmares of how badly 1B can be played.

Defense doesn't matter much anyway so most likely they'll leave 'em both where they are for 2-3 more years.

Has anyone seen Manky? He's got to be at an orgasmic high with the return of the only Yankee that ever mattered. What a heroic effort to return in time to DH before the All-Star break.

Jetes left the game, possibly injured. Manky is on suicide watch once again.

Jeter's just a compiler anyway. Not HoF material...

If this doesn't get manky back, then nothing will.
