    Comerica Park outfield looks awful.

Some people say that the home grounds crew's to blame ... but I know ... it's Jimmy Buffett's fault.

You are drastically overstating the impact PNC Park has on right-handed power hitters.

The walk rate and K-to-BB ratios are great for predicting whether or not a pitcher can sustain his current success, but they do not mean that what Locke has done so far is not real. It's too far in the season to say it is all luck. I don't think he can sustain his current pace, but to this point, there is no question he has been better than Lee.

Also, regarding Locke's strand rate, did you actually look into how many runners he left on base while being pulled during an inning and had the bullpen get him out of trouble? Or are you guessing based on the strength of Pittsburgh's bullpen?

Looks like Philly is pretty close to a neutral park this year too -- they are 101 and Chase is 98.

So a 1.54 ERA in a neutral park, that's pretty good, yeah? The 3.28 ERA road ERA not exactly terrible either.

I think you're losing this one.

On the other hand, Locke has thrown 38 pitches tonight and given up 2 walks and 3 hits.

    0-0 at Miami.

Kershaw's WHIP is so good it almost looks like a typo.

O's Tillman beats Sox for 13th win and the Rays are about to be in 1st place.

Just when I was about to throw in the towel, the Rangers rally in the eighth to tie the game at 8-8 at the Jake. Martin Perez off the hook after a disastrous start.

As close to a Tatis as you're gonna get, I suppose:

@MLB: Edwin Encarnacion hits a GRAND SLAM - his 2nd home run in the 7th inning. Blue Jays lead Astros, 12-6.
