I saw CC pitch a game against the White Sox where he just totally dominated.

I mean, he gave up four HRs, but that's just because he was pitching to the scoreboard. The Yankees won, and CC got the W.

Matt Garza making a good first-month impression with the Rangers. He lost to the A's, and ripped on Oakland's Eric Sogard for squeeze-bunting him ... then ripped on Sogard's wife.

    Stay classy, Matt.

Trademark Adam Dunn bomb of 450+, likely to be followed by 10 strikeouts.

I think I've only seen two other HRs go in the second row of shrubs in CF, where Dunn's went. Both were hit by Miguel Cabrera.

And you were right as Dunn strikes out to end the eighth with the tying run on third.

Someone keep Hawk from the Ambassador Bridge!

White Sox lose 10th straight on Torii Hunter walk-off single as the Tigers complete an 8-0 homestand. Lead is 2 1/2 games going into a four-banger in Cleveland starting tomorrow night.

The lead is three games, actually.

Should be a tremendous series. Two of the four or five hottest teams right now.

Three's actually what I wrote down originally, then I looked at the MLB website and changed it. Now they update. Aargh.

Still have zero faith in them doing anything when it matters but the Dodgers today won their 14th straight road game.

One owns the team he played for here. One manages the team he played for here.

And who the hell knows where Pudge is.

Pudge was installed in the Rangers Hall of Fame a few weeks ago. I don't know where he lives, but he's under contract with the Rangers as some "Special Assistant to the GM" or some such thing.
