    Great throw ...

... and awful baserunning by Reggie (toward end of second clip). He's watching the play instead of running to third.

Beat reporters have said Perez hasn't talked on the record for at least several weeks, if not longer. Part of the job, especially when you're a veteran, especially when you're paid $7 million a season to pitch one inning, is to talk with reporters and answer questions. I can't stand the local fan backlash against Perez (been going on for years), but I can't stand ducking questions even more. He keeps doing this, yeah, trade his ass.

A retweeted fan tweet reported he was asking fans booing him near the Indians dugout how much money they make.

Funny thing about the Indians is that they're 59-40 against the rest of the league and 3-10 against the Tigers.

    Verlander vs. Masterson tonight.

lol - Garagiola could not stop talking about Gary Carter. Those damn catchers sticking together.

Tony Kubek was a great, underrated announcer. He made every game sound like it was a big deal. So did Pat Summerall until the late years.

Someone should remind him there's a guy in New York who's been doing this for many years, and whenever he blows a save, he talks to every reporter. Even after blowing Game 7 of the World Series.

It won't matter what's said to Perez. The guy will keep blowing off the media and pissing fans off.

Perez must be on a pretty short leash with Francona/Cleveland right now. They had people up in the bullpen when he let the first two guys on.

You don't usually see that with closers.

And thanks to a three-run bomb from Dong, er...Don Kelly, the Tigers beat Cleveland 5-1 for a 5-game lead and a 10th straight win. Meanwhile, there are horses that have been shot that are running better than Cabrera is right now.

Kimbrel K's Harper to save yet another one. He is so goddamn good.

Braves have won 12 in a row.

Guy asks girlfriend to marry him at New Britain game. She says no.

Now they're wondering if it's real or fake.

The way the guy with the mic is laughing the whole time makes me think it's fake.
