Nice little rumble in San Diego. Greinke hits Carlos Quentin, who decides to charge the mound.

Quentin apparently isn't too bright. Why would Greinke be throwing at the leadoff hitter in the sixth inning of a one-run game?

Matt Kemp got thrown out for, I guess, cursing at someone.

 

Greinke and Quentin have a little history.

Scully said someone told him Greinke had hit him once before, now someone else is saying it may have been as many as three times.

Greinke gives up probably 35 pounds and took the charge from Quentin like a champ, hope he wasn't hurt.

Great post game interview from Mattingly, saying essentially that Quentin is dumb, which is true.

 

quentin best have his head on a swivel on monday.

 

Bad break for the Dodgers, especially if Greinke has to go on the DL.

 

Dodgers should throw at him first time he comes up, he cost them Greinke for probably two months.
