My money is on an age discrepancy.

But how do you get out of a contract if PED use isn't a bais to cancel it? The Yankees and their media friends seem to think they can make it happen.

Age discrepancy? Good luck. Maybe the Mariners have a claim.

The SABRs think they've narrowed down the algebra to determine Gold Glovers:

I thought it had already been established you couldn't cancel one for PED use?

Not that I'm saying Pujols is dirty or anything.

You can't, there are negotiated punishments for ped use. There is a cba.

Right. My point being that the Yankees are trying to get out from under the dead weight of the contract regardless. Mostly just being sarcastic.

And MLB seems to be looking for ways to work around that.

Ryan Dempster hitting A Rod probably handed The Yankees another 10 mil to 15 mil in additional revenue
    for the year.

Take it all, Halos. Take it all.

In other news, Astros gonna Astro. Rangers drop a 12-spot on them in the third.

The Giants have been called for catcher's interference two games in a row.

Strong fundamental team. Hard to see why they have as many losses in 123 games as they did in 162 games last season.

Where in that link does it say or imply that they hit O'Nora on purpose?
    I'll help you. It doesn't.

The article did not say it but watch the video. The circumstances were right if they were going to do it.
