Why WOULDN'T someone root for chaos?

And chaos is getting closer ... Rangers about to win, Rays losing 5-1, Indians in delay ... If scores hold and Twins can pull out a rain/slop game, the teams enter Sunday in a three-way tie.

Nick Leyva is going to have blisters on his right hand after today from slapping hands so many times with Pirates players who have homered. Six homers now as Pirates lead Reds, 7-3.

I know it's not like basketball or football, but it's still a little confusing to watch the Angels and Rangers both in red jerseys today.

That's really stupid. They should have a rule that teams need to have some contrast as far as jerseys. If there's a potential conflict, have the home team announced which jersey its wearing, and the visitors are required to wear the one that isn't the same color. (As yes, my Angels should have worn the gray.)

You would think the teevee networks would put their fists down on this shit (see also, in especially basketball, yellow numbers on white jerseys, etc etc).

Eric Nadel suggested on the air the Angels chose to wear red in retaliation for the baseballs being rubbed wrong Friday night.

Yu Darvish pitching against Jason Vargas in Game 162. What else could go wrong for Texas?

It's a good thing they didn't try it against the Braves, or Brian McCann would have stripped somebody down to his jockstrap right in the batter's box.

Not about the uniforms, but about the slick baseballs, and C.J. Wilson saying it was done on purpose by the Rangers.

Scioscia: A couple of balls were “taken right out of the box. They still had packing dust on them.”

So the worst Cleveland can do is one of those convoluted 3-way ties.
