Heyward, Francoeur and Jordan Schafer all did it, as did Bob Horner. I'm at a loss to come up with the other two.

Ahhh, classic Diamond "Justin Upton doesn't try hard!" Backs. Same as it ever was. Complete amateur hour.

So Dodger Blue is really Sedona Red?

The Giants have a similar stretch after Memorial Day. Two in Oakland, two vs. Oakland at home, 3 at St. Louis, two at home vs. Toronto, then an Arizona-Pittsburgh-Atl roadie. And in September, they have three at the Mets, followed by three at the Yankees.

Interleague has changed a lot of scheduling norms.

I threw away the game notes before I wrote it down. Shit. I'll look it up.

Check the gap between your notes. It'll be in the gap.

Someone will hit a gapper or two today.

    Win one for the Gapper.

Please don't drop a bomb on me:

    Gap.

I was in an establishment in Tampa years ago when that song came on (I assume it's Dropped A Bomb on Me) so I get the sweats whenever I hear it.

    Speaking of dropping bombs ****

Going to the park today as a ticket holder, dog in tow. to see if the Nats can close that gap.

Both the Yankees and Red Sox continue to get national TV guys despite the fact that both will be terrible.

Shelton hit 9 home runs in the first 13 games in 2006.
