Letting Niedenfuer pitch to Clark 48 hours after he gave up the first left-handed homer Ozzie ever hit.

Dancin' Homer happens to be on TV. Burns buys two beers -- for $2.50.

Man, this is one old episode.

Roger Craig: Atlee Hammaker 1987 NLCS Game 7. Or is that a second guess?

I'd also offer Dusty Baker in Games 6 and 7 of the 2002 World Series, but when it came to managerial gaffes, Dusty would go on to do much worse.

Kansas City's bullpen has been shaky at times this season and closer Greg Holland got off to a rough start, but his last three appearances against the mighty Braves and Red Sox were something else, 3 innings pitched, 9 batters faced, 8 strike outs, 3 saves.

Holland and Herrera have been erratic in April, but shit, when their stuff is good, both are nearly unhittable.

I thought the ball Napoli hit with 2 outs in the 9th last night was way gone. 98 right down the shitter will leave you in tears on most nights.

    Twins game postponed:

As April enters its final full week, another round of snow is bearing down on Monday afternoon’s rush-hour commute in the Twin Cities.

The pending deep snowfall — been there, shoveled that — not only has evening motorists on edge, but has put the kibosh on Monday night’s Minnesota Twins home game vs. the Miami Marlins at roofless Target Field. The game is rescheduled for Tuesday at 7:10 p.m., with Tuesday’s previously scheduled 12:10 p.m. game against the Marlins now moved to 1:10 p.m.

The National Weather Service’s (NWS) winter storm warning is calling for at least a half-foot of snow in the metro area, starting when rain turns to snow late in the afternoon.
