I can try harder. I have been awfully nice lately.

You're looking for a fight. Not going to find it here. Move on.

If I had to guess, I'd go with a man with a large, erect penis (arms stretched out in front) standing up while a woman with a foot fetish lies flat and licks his toes. I'm just spit-balling, though. It could also be a table.

Seems like you're the one looking for a fight. Your hubby told you people were piling on someone so you decided to try and bring something to the table.

Nick Punto thinks Bodie's argument is ridiculous.

He also thinks Bodie is fat and lazy.

    I am fat and lazy.

But I am only lazy on my days off.

If you wanna insult me you are gonna have to do better, I can look in a mirror and see I am fat.

You're willing to ignore a career full of suckiness after the equivalent of 10 starts' worth of adequacy. Once again, entering today he had 37 plate appearances, during which time he had 12 hits, 11 of which were singles (one double). Oh, and during his "hot streak," he's seen a BABIP of .575, which isn't anywhere close to sustainable.

Vin Scully: Strikeouts are expensive, it's a lot easier for a pitcher to get someone to hit the first pitch and make an out.

The problem with that theory is that if you let MLB hitters put the ball in play, sometimes they won't make an out. Even if they suck like Nick Punto.

I liked the way Scully delivered the line, he was kinda chuckling as he said it.'

Look how shitty Adrian Gonzalez is, he had an OBP of .272 in 2005. He should be ashamed of himself for that season eight years ago.

That's exactly the point. Adrian Gonzalez played 43 games in 2005. He sucked that year, but it doesn't change who he is.

Anybody can do anything in a small number of games. What defines them is what they do over a large number of games.

Nick Punto has been awesome in a small number of games so far. It doesn't change who he is.

Jesus Christ, you really don't get it.

    What's his career OBP?
