    Najeh Davenport would be proud:

Any chance the Chiefs trade the No. 1 pick and hope they can get Luke Joeckel with a lower pick?

I could see them trading down and hoping Fisher or Johnson is there...

Glazer tweeted yesterday that his sources say they favor Fisher.

Who are the Browns taking at No. 6 so I can start drinking now?

    Tyler Eifert.

I have been saying this all along and no one is buying it. They need a TE badly and he is a very good one. The Dee Milner and Barkavious Mingo talk has been a smokescreen. Eifert is the right pick and I think they'll pull the trigger on him.

I can't believe I agree with Uncle.Ruckus on something. Up is down.

Thanks to NBC, I have actually watched Eifert play more than once. IMO the Browns could do much much worse. For a franchise with a history of draft failure, safe and sane is a good game plan.

A TE at No. 6? Vernon Davis was selected at 6 I believe and even then I thought that was way too high for a TE. While Davis has been a great blocker and an imposing target, perhaps even a gamebreaker (See Saints playoff game); still don't think I'd do a TE at 6.

You can find a great TE much farther down the road. I think a lineman has more impact.

If Eric Fisher goes No. 1 overall, he'd be the first non-QB from a non-BCS conference to go No. 1 overall since Too Tall Jones (Tennessee State) in 1974.

The only QBs to do so since then were David Carr (Fresno State) in 2002 and Alex Smith (Utah) in 2005.

Any of you just see the runway show on ESPN where the poor (soon to be rich) schlubs deemed worthy of the green room were paraded on stage? Fashion Runway meets Mandingo meets the opening reel of Spartacus.

I used to think like this...but the best player available that fills a glaring need is the way to go. Besides, if they take Eifert it means they did not take Geno Smith, a thought that has me sleepless. I do not like Geno Smith's game at all and think he would be a debacle in the AFC North.

One thing is for sure, the Steelers will end up with Jarvis Jones or Eddie Lacy...a player that will be better than expected and kill the Browns for years to come.
