For some reason I forgot Daniel Bryan was in the MITB Raw match. Yeah, it'd make sense for him to win it, especially with what's been being pushed lately.

It'll probably go down like Punk hits a high spot on a few people outside the ring or goes to get the case and Lesnar comes out of nowhere and WHAM incapacitates Punk as Daniel Bryan suddenly makes a surge and gets the case.

    Nice recap Gehrig.

The reason why Rose was under a mask, from what I understand from some shoot interviews, is that he was supposed to be given a push, so they didn't want him losing right away. Hence, the mask. Except, he never got his push, went to the AWA, where he had that great tag run with Doug Somers against the Midnight Rockers, then later came back to WWF as a glorified jobber with the Blowaway diet.

I absolutely cannot wait to see the Wyatt Family debut tonight. I've been pumped for Bray Wyatt to make the jump since they debuted his character some months ago in FCW, only for him to get hurt and delay his jump to the show. This could be the most epic thing of the PG era.

Like I already said, I just hope they translate well to TV/live audiences.

They were over in FCW, or whatever it's called now. I know that's not the same as getting over on Raw, but I think they'll do it.

That'll be the key. If the fans don't get it right away, or worse start "Husky Harris" or "WHAT" chants, it could send the whole thing spiraling out of control and into Tons of Funk territory. Their gimmick, while having loads of live potential, is nevertheless at its core more subtle than the traditional heel archtypes of "shut up you stupid rednecks!" and "I'm the greatest ever!" Bray cuts a dandy live promo, but will WWE fans be as patient listening to it as NXT fans were?

It'd be better if they were debuting in New York or Chicago or Jersey or Philly.

Not sure how smarky crowds are in B'more.

That would be my first thought ... except would they be more likely to do the "Husky Harris!" chants to show everyone how very smart they are?

Give WWE credit: they're throwing EVERYTHING into this. A frenzied push toward Money in the Bank, a champion-vs.-champion main event, and they end Raw on the rocking chair promo. Clearly they think this can be special.

So can we confirm Heyman is offering creative input now?

That would be fantastic, but I don't think Vince would ever let that get out.

They're starting with the Vickie bullshit?

It's gonna be a long night.

Don't care for the Kane match but Face Orton vs. Face Punk? That should be a great match.
