I have an awful connection tonight, but not so awful that I can't see that shiner on Alberto Del Rio's face. He took a beating tonight and the end of his WHC match with Christian was more than solid. Two good workers selling and selling.

 

I had that thought too, that if there's ever a time to have someone with a briefcase cash it in spontaneously, and end up losing, it could be to someone like Bryan. They could even have it as a fluke of some sort, where Bryan wins, and Vince decides to screw Orton.

 

Meltzer's site reported Del Rio and Drew McIntyre got into some sort of fight with some other people, which is how he got beaten up.

 

Well, my connection was poor enough to not let me watch the first few minutes of the match, so maybe he did start with that black eye. Either way, a black eye is a good look every now and then.

 

This has been a helluva match so far.

Heyman gazing up at the sky after Lesnar hit the running powerbomb was hysterical.

 

Great, great match. Not a dull moment. And it easily sets up for a rematch.

 

I took a quick nap and missed half the damn show. I got the last 15 minutes of Punk/Lesnar. Great match.

 

AJ does that great limp rag-doll type bump that most women just can't sell. When she gets to actually wrestle every so often, she's one of the more talented women The E has had in a while.

 

Nice of HBK to clean up for the show. Yesh.

 

Maybe he grew the beard for Bryan?

 

What beard? All I see is a tacky camouflage vest.
