Yes, Maria was awesome. I even liked her on Celebrity Apprentice.

I will never forget Mickie vs Trish. Talk about a Wrestlemania moment ... hey-o!!!

 

So do I. Both for the looks, and for the airhead character that she played. Too bad the Divas, outside of A.J., don't have a personality today.

Barrett played the monster heel so very well. I just wish WWE writers wouldn't mess with that. But they did . . . now he's a tweener and played the "on verge of tears" role after beating Kofi. WWE actually did the right thing getting the belt off of a guy with such a limited ceiling, and on to a guy with a very high one . . . they just screwed up the execution.

 

I definitely see Rock giving a receipt for the GTS he got months back.

Maybe Shield interferes (again) and costs Ryback the match, then Team Hell No hits and all of them chase The Shield back to the back or into the stands. Punk celebrates and then the music hits?

I dunno. All guesstimation.

 

I had forgotten Rock was going to be at the next two Raw shows -- or at least that many.

I guess Punk retains -- with or without interference from The Shield. Punk celebrates, Rock's music hits and he doesn't come out right away. Instead, he sorta sneak attacks Punk, hits the Rock Bottom and the show goes off the air with Rocky holding the belt over his head ... or some such thing like that.

 

I never fail to forget that this thread starts over every year. Kept refreshing "Show new replies to your posts" and wondering why no one had said a word here. Maybe next year I'll remember.
