I watched most of SmackDown. Most, because the Hulu Plus iPad app is shit. Streams crystal-clear HD ads, stops to buffer your show every 30 seconds and it's still pixelated. I need to stick to the Apple TV or my laptop.

Anyway, so-so episode. Was there a Damien Sandow sighting? What? A Sandow sighting. What? That guy who cashed in Money in the Bank. What? And lost to Cena. What? Not had any major TV time since. What? None. What? Nothing. What? Nada. What? Zip. What? Zero. What? Zilch. What? What? What?

The oddesting thing I've seen since R-Truth wore the Confederate general's uniform happened when R-Truth tried to sell some WWEShop.com merchandise. Nick-nack-paddy-whacks? Pretty Ricky was right on one account: that segment was whack. What? Whack. What? Whack. What? What? What?

Multiple outlets, including WWE.com, are reporting that the Dynamite Kid has suffered at least one stroke, and possibly multiple ones, in the past month.

An incredible talent. Too bad he was an asshole too, but hopefully, things improve.

Santino and R-Truth playing with the Power Slammer toys is the closest they'll come to having a PPV match anytime soon. Hyuck hyuck.

The even stupider thing about it is one of them acccidentally knocked down the briefcase before they started the final fight.

The Punk/Bryan match was fantastic. Best of the night. Orton/Show has the potential to go over like a wet fart in church. Hope I'm wrong since it's the main event and the WWE title match, but ...

That was a fun match. Also funny was Punk pretending to be ironic in going along with the "Yes" chant.

And there's our set-up for Cena vs. Orton. Zzzzzzz.

At least I might get my title unification.

With so many other midcarders and hangers-on riding on Bryan's gimmick coattails during tag matches or the now-forgotten "revolt" and having them all do the "Yes!" chant -- and I include Big Show in that group -- it's nice that Punk is not co-opting Bryan's gimmick completely.
