I'm thinking we end up with Lesnar-Taker or Lesnar-Trips with Hunter defending the family honor. Not wanting that, but think we may see it.

As for Jericho, this could be awesome. Have him win the World Championship at Elimination Chamber and then Ziggler cash in against him, beating him again. Rematch at Wrestlemania. Or Jericho wins and the next night on Raw Ziggler comes out and talks about how he knows he can beat Jericho and is going to cash in his briefcase so he can win the title at WM.

They're going with Brock-Trips. Why would Taker get involved in this feud?

I don't know about Punk/Taker. They would need to put Punk over and I doubt Taker would go for that.

Undertaker isn't the problem. Fans look forward to his yearly match, and would miss it if he didn't appear.

The others, however, fans could go without. At least with Jericho, he makes a lot of appearances, including house shows.

Why would they need to put Punk over? Many of a great performer has lost cleanly (with outside interference) to the Undertaker at Wrestlemania without suffering one bit of damage.

And honestly, if son-in-law didn't beat Taker in two chances, no chance in hell Punk defeats Taker and ends the streak.

My thought would be they'd use the real-life heat between Lesnar and 'Taker to build it. Sell it as Undertaker wanting to defend the old school WWE against someone disrespecting it by disrespecting Vince. Plus it frees Punk up for someone else. Seriously, how do you not have him involved in the Rock-Cena mix somehow unless something happens pretty quick with Undertaker? I'd think they would've started hinting at that if it was going to happen. Of course, they wouldn't want to waste three big names on one match when you can get two out of them, so odds are it's a straight Cena-Rock match at WM. But I do find it interesting that they had Cena challenge for the WWE title last night and not name a specific guy.

That all said, my bet would be Lesnar-Trips.

They've got Lesnar for a couple more years, so they have time to do Lesnar-Taker.

Into the second hour of Raw and just finished the Clay-Tensai segment, thank goodness. Why, though, after he learned the stipulations had changed, did Tensai not just a) put on the satin robe again, b) take off his top since, y'know, he was just wearing his regular red trunks, or c) leave? Just silly. I'm with you, Gutter, I would prefer a house show over Raw or Smackdown (and with two in March within an hour or so of Cleveland, I might get to one).

Also, fun random fact, before he starter his career as Albert and Tensai, Matt Brooks taught at Revere High School near Akron, the alma mater of ... Jeffrey Dahmer.

I think they would to further his credentials as a superstar. One option would be to have him lose due to a ref bump, as he doesn't lose clean. That's just my opinion. I don't anyone should be above putting somebody over. Taker doesn't even like to sell.

Yeah, but do they have Undertaker for two more years? He's already 47 and will be 48 when WM rolls around. He basically just shows up for Wrestlemania, but even at doing just one match a year, you gotta think at some point he won't be able to deliver like he has.

  11. I would've enjoyed the final segment last night if we'd had something resembling a little more of a motive for Brock attacking Vince. I mean, I know we see it all the time where someone comes and attacks now and explains later but it just seemed awkward.

The only worse thing than Taker returning for his annual wheeze would be HHH going against him.
