    I think they deserve a ton of respect for beating Kansas State. Plus, NDSU has been the class of the FCS for the last two years and that's impressive in its own right as well.

    It depends on the circumstance, but losing at home is not really acceptable for a team playing in the Atlantic Coast Conference that's trying to argue its validity as a national championship contender.

    Don't know... Usually when I'm there, we stop at Fatty's and have the cajun potato salad... very very good. And I don't like potato salad normally enough to go get it.

    Yes. I'd put North Dakota State up against any of those 'Also Receiving Votes' teams as well as Ole Miss. Seven other voters thought the same thing as me, I was just the first one to mention it.

    Mississippi State got 10 votes after scoring only three points against Oklahoma State's defense?

    Not that I would, but it might've been easier for me to justify giving the Jayhawks a vote based on MSU's performance.

    Plus, didn't Mississippi State's starting QB take a knee to the head and suffer a concussion?

    Overall, not so great of an opener for the Bulldogs.
