South Florida hires Kentucky assistant Orlando Antigua, quite possibly the only coach named after two popular vacation destinations.

Apparently, Duke's Wojo is also a candidate for the Marquette job.

Arizona assistant Joe Pasternack (former head coach at UNO) up for Cal job, per Jeff Borzello.

The Cuonzo situation sort of reminds me of Herb Sendek at N.C. State a while back: insane fan base doesn't recognize what they have and runs off a good coach.

If that happens, it'll be hard to fill that Knoxville job, just like it was at State.

There are a lot of SEC football schools who think their ADs should be able to go out and hire another Billy Donovan.

Not officially announced yet, but I may have been right after all.

Leon Rice turned them down, Wazzu punted and made the easy (not necessarily good) choice. Is there a Nike store in Pullman where Kent can find jobs for the parents of recruits?

I'm not so sure Rice was the true first choice. IMO, Kent was the top pick all along and Rice (or his agent) was looking to sweeten his pot a bit. Besides, when word leaked late last week about the possibility Rice had an offer on the table, the collective response from Coug alums was a resounding meh.
