"Mr. Holder, I have Corvallis on line one, as requested."

Is this why Corvallis is being attacked by Drones?

Robinson might bounce to the next Ivy school looking for a coach.

I hate late firings like this. It's like OSU decided to screw him by making sure all the other openings had been filled before turfing him. If he wasn't good enough to coach for you, are you that scared he might come back to beat you with another team next year? They probably have a replacement ready to roll.

I think that is the least of their worries.

The problem was the AD met with him and they discussed the next season and he felt confident (enough) that there would be progress. Since then, three players who had eligibility left have bailed out - a player who has graduated, but doesn't appear on any mock drafts but might have if he stayed, their highest returning scorer, and a little-used back-up PG who left to play pro ball in Europe.

Even the President's brother-in-law sometimes must have to stand naked.

He was in over his head as a Pac-12 coach. That was the problem

Altman will keep his job, three players are kicked off, coverup in full swing.

I think Altman is a good guy and a great coach - but I think he realizes now he's at a Big Time U. It would be nice if he eased back on the transfers, the program is looking like a bus depot.

Got himself in trouble at Providence, bailed, now chased out of Oregon...who takes a flier on Brandon Austin now?

Oklahoma State has scholarships open and been Second ( or Third) Chance University for a long time now.
