I don't think that would happen if James, Bosh and Wade couldn't opt out.

If this was a year ago, people would be talking about a tweak here or a tweak there.

The blame? That ran 10 days early, by accident.

Delayed reaction here. Perhaps I overstated Pistol Pete's all-time excellence.

On a tangent, is it possible that all LeBron really needs right now is a top-flight PG? You can fill slots elsewhere pretty easily. But an elite PG is tough to find. Has he ever had one as a running mate?

I recall Mo Williams was an All Star at least one year with Lebron in Cleveland. That's probably the best point he's played with.

And, yeah, that's a spot where he could clearly use an upgrade. The Chalmers/Cole combo ain't cutting it.

The prevailing thought and not just by people here at SportsJournalists.com is that teams are chokers if they don't win it all.
    Stupid thinking.

    A. Westbrook is out of control and that's their problem. Of course, they can't live without him either because they don't have a Patty Mills to bail out Tony Parker on a given night

    B. The context in which LeBron gets criticized is relative to other all-time greats like Jordan. My point is LeBron's conversation belongs strictly in the here and now. Is he better than Jordan? Shit man, I'm not even sure if he's better than Kevin Durant and, despite what some others assume to be true, Durant was better this year.

So is Durant better than Jordan?

For a while I thought you were just not smart about basketball. Now I assume you're trolling.

its not choking to lose a Finals series. It may be choking to lose a Championship series by 15, 19, 21 & 17 points. Except for game 1 which Miami was in for 3 quarters, they got blown out early in each loss and were not very competitive in games 3-5. The big three who choked were, in order, Bosh, Riley and Wade

Please explain how Riley "choked" in these Finals?

Who should they have added in lieu of Larry Hughes and Donyell Marshall? In the free agent crop that off-season, those were near the top of the list.

look at the roster. The Heat are in a win now situation but they don't need to be the #1 seed but he knew he had to beat a WC team to win it all. The team he built for this year was ill prepared to do that.
