Actually, Brady has structured his deals like this since before he met his Mrs. He and his advisers must believe that over the long run, 100 percent of a smaller number will add up to more than 70-80 percent of a bigger number.

Someone must have told Clowney that if he wanted to impress Goodell
that he should dress like he lives in Bronxville. Those shoes and
pants combo make him look like every Goldman Sachs partner in
    their weekend uniform.

Growing buzz that the Cowboys will draft Manziel. That would break the Internet.

That's Mike Mayock trying to drum up some buzz for The NFL
Network although his projections last year were pretty accurate.

This is why I love the NFL so much. Manziel on the Cowboys or Raiders just has to happen.

    Happy Draft Day everyone.

I'd put more money on the Broncos, Packers or Patriots drafting Manziel than the Cowboys doing it. Jones is nuts, but not that nuts.

    The Packers? Now that's insane.

The Cowboys aren't smart enough to draft Manziel, a player who is going to surprise a lot of people.

Smarts have nothing to do with it, it's a complete crapshhoot. A 4 year old can draft as well as any of these teams according to BT Express.

I actually think Manziel will be good, but I chose those three teams to illustrate how unlikely I think it is the Cowboys pick him. Their problems are on the other side of the ball, and Jones may love publicity, but by now he ought to love the idea of making the playoffs a lot more.

Nah, he doesn't. He'd rather be bad with his own handpicked team than be good with someone else getting the credit.

How that plays into this year's draft, though, I don't know.

If you have a good QB with more than 3-4 years left in the tank, there is no way you draft a QB in the first two rounds.
