I have yet to figure out why anyone would watch the NFL draft on TV.

Sorry. I hit the wrong button (quote instead of modify) and just discovered you can't delete posts anymore.

    That is quite aggravating.

Yeah, he is. The Cowboys certainly have more pressing needs, but Jones craves the spotlight so he just might do it for the hype value.

It's a good crawl at the bottom of the screen during the hockey game. Do they still allow 15 minutes between picks in the first round? Goodness, that's slow.

People have been analyzing this for six months and still can't come to a consensus.

In my case, it's preferable to watching a computer screen.

back years ago, the draft was held during the day. I remember tuning in the early days of ESPN as I was getting dressed for school to watch the Baltimore Colts select John Elway at No. 1 in 1983. Much different how we got our news back then.

It's too bad there are numbskulls out there already wasting their time by doing 2015 mock drafts.

Mark 2010, I am so old I can remember when the draft was held in the daytime two weeks after the Super Bowl. Amazingly, the lack of preparation time did not prevent smart teams from making smart picks. As we have seen, they could hold the draft on July 4th and dumb front offices would still make dumb picks.
