That would play out pretty much exactly like the Brady Quinn year.

You also need good CBs. Ask the Seahawks, and I don't know that they have any who are better than average. And I don't hate the pick. But it seemed odd for them to add to their strongest area when they have some very definitely weak areas. Their offense was unwatchable at times (30th in total offense). They were 7-9 but that doesn't mean they don't have some significant needs.

Aaron Donald is a stud, who I saw projected as high as No 5 in some mock drafts. He simply shuts down the middle and you don't run against him. If he turns outwhere near as good as he was at Pitt, the Rams have something.

Did Land of Cleve just trade up to the Eagles' spot?

Good. Worst organization in the league. This was about the same spot where they selected Brandon Weeden.

Yep. Poor Johnny. No qb deserves to be drafted by the Browns.

Hmm. I thought they'd go for Tom Savage there. ;)

Brady Quinn: 22nd overall in 2007
Brandon Weeden: 22nd overall in 2012
Johnny Manziel: 22nd overall in 2014

Not sure what it is, but Cleveland seems to foul up every offensive skill position player they draft. Maybe this coaching staff will be different. But history is not on their side.
