Wouldn't be surprised if Revis winds up a Bronco.

    Nice try Boom... :D

Actually Schefter has the Eagles or Pats as the most likely landing spot for Revis if Tampa cuts him.

;) Hey Tampa does need a QB

Revis likely going to be cut. Doubt a team would want to make a trade and have to pay him 16 mil. If he is cut today, Jets draft pick from trade becomes a 4 instead of 3.

The Jets deserve credit for getting what they did for Revis.

Agreed. Also for using the 1st round pick wisely in grabbing
    Sheldon Richardson.

In this draft a 3rd would be really sweet but a 4 is still good.

Everyone has a hard time admitting when an elite corner is suddenly average. Happened with Champ Bailey, Nnamdi, just as it happened with Deion, Darrell Green, etc. eventually, some scribe will write something like "Can 33-year-old Richard Sherman be the answer for the Titans? Signs point to yes!" when in truth, Sherman will have already been average for two years.

I got caught up into this last year when the Niners signed Mr. Kerry Washington.

Obviously, Revis can still play at a very high level, but with guys like Asomugha, Bailey, Ed Reed, and to a lesser extent Charles Woodson... It sounds great when they're signed, but the reality is that there is a reason that these 30+ DBs/safeties were let go in the first place.

Mr. Kerry Washington was always overrated.

Revis by all accounts played very, very well in 2013. But no team that was 4-12 can afford to have a corner be its highest paid player, not even if said corner was Night Train Lane in the prime of youth.

I read recently that Darrell Green ran a sub-4.5 on his 50th birthday.
That is pretty darned impressive, and I believe he could have kept at it.
Revis has been overrated for years.
Talked up by his blowhard coach and equally blowhard market.
    He had one great season.

I don't know about that. He had one year where he gave up something like 13 completions the entire season. He was a beast when he was in Oakland, he just was never close to the same player in Philly.
