I've liked the Kings all season. They were my preseason pick to win the West.

I love how their forwards and defense work together in both zones and everyone seems to know and accept their roles. Darryl Sutter is one of the top five coaches in the league and Quick, of course, is as good as it gets in goal when he's healthy and on his game. Hard to argue with any of the Norris Trophy finalists, but Drew Doughty is a stud who deserves to be mentioned alongside any of them.

The way that third period was going you just knew one of the teams was going to get burned on a penalty.

It's amazing the way the Rangers have picked themselves up off the mat since falling behind Pittsburgh 3-1 in the conference semifinals.

Winners of 6 of the last 7 and a win a way from the finals. That said, over the past few years, they've often struggled to close out teams when they have the chance. It would be nice to see them finish off Montreal in Game 5, rather than having to play a Game 6, or worse, a Game 7.

After a slow stretch after the trade, Martin St. Louis has come to life offensively.

Trotz and Ovechkin. Now that should be entertaining. Who blinks first?

Is this a hockey game or a soccer match?

May be the damndest period I've seen in hockey, if not any sport ...

It's hockey. There are certainly more whacky ones out there over the decades. But, yes, it's in the conversation.

John Moore better get at least four games.

    What a dirty hit.

The Rangers just do not close out other teams.

Prust got two games for breaking Stepan's jaw on almost the exact same type of hit in Game 3. Moore should get one.
