Drax the Destroyer main-eventing Wrestlemania! He should wear green makeup to push his movie. Horrible, but predictable, end.

    Well, that was underwhelming.
Fun for about 57 minutes, shitty for the last 10. There's a half-dozen guys I'd have been OK seeing win. Batista wasn't really one of them. I just don't give a crap.
And not even putting Bryan in the match is just insane. I'm not sure I've ever seen a hot crowd turn on a match that quickly. Batista could've dropped his drawers, taken a dump in the ring and flung it into the crowd and not gotten that negative a reaction.

Someone needs to splice together a two-hour Youtube video of all the Wrestlemania matchups, using previous PPVs with the same guys.

Holy shit, what a letdown. Crowd went completely dead.
Thanks Vince, you just ensured I won't be flying to Mania. Not for that. Awful.

I'm in utter disbelief that the WWE honestly thinks that Batista and Randy Orton should be main eventing Wrestlemania 30. They are clearly not as in tune with their fan base as a company of their stature should be. This is a slap in the face from Vince and Hunter to all of the fans. It's their way or the highway.

Now, that would have been a star-making moment. Nope.

I go waaaaay out of my way to give WWE lots of latitude. It's not easy to book for broad appeal and keep the smarks happy. But they cost themselves my $60 for the WWE Network tonight.

The ONLY reason I can see for them having this match for the WWE title is that they're planning on having some other matches be the true main events (Cena vs. Undertaker, Bryan vs. Michaels) and they don't want it to overshadow the other events.

Otherwise, they're going to be guaranteeing themselves a pretty low-rated WM if that truly is the main event. Especially when you've had the Rock as the top guy for the last two (plus being the "guest host"), and you've had Undertaker's streak as the main draw before that.

Not sure I've ever seen a live crowd turn on a match that bad. First, Mysterio going over like a wet fart in church as the No. 30 entry. Then Batista stays true to form and botches the battle of the spears with Reigns. And yes, I do believe the music in the arena was cranked up to drown the crowd chanting "Daniel Bryan," "No!" or just plain booing. The E had a chance to blow the roof off of the place for one of its three big shows of the year, and The E just plain blew it. And it's hard to say it's smark snark when an entire arena is doing it.

Ron Simmons should have ended the show, cuz DAMN.

(Speaking of, JBL's RR spot was great. Just enough time to take the blazer off, go over, put it right back on.)

Doooon't care about Undertaker's streak yet again. Seen everything I ever needed to see from Shawn Michaels.

New is interesting. This is not.

I was one of them singing Bray's praises when he debuted the character in NXT, but I'm not in the same boat as a lot of other folks who hate the fact that he beat Bryan -- and clean.

The match was fucking epic and it stole the show -- until Reigns went nuts with 12 eliminations in the Rumble.

    Alright. Things I liked.

Bryant vs. Wyatt was amazing. You should just resplice the tape to end the show with that.

The Royal Rumble is like pizza or sex. It's never bad. The ending sucked was awful, followed by a brief moment of hope before more awful. But the rest was good. I liked that they maintained a critical mass of interesting guys in there at all times, rather than leaving the ring too bare.
