Orndorff rocking those muttonchops. That was a fun skit.

Seemed like the crowd should have given Undertaker a great ovation as he
walked out. The announcers tried to get it going but it just never caught on

I have *never* seen a crowd that stunned. Just completely frozen in shock. Not even Hogan's heel turn.

That fight wasn't worth applauding him for. Terrible way to go out. Should have let the Michaels rematch be it.

I can't help but they wasted the end of this streak on Lesnar. They should have had someone who will be able to use the win for the next 15 years, instead of a part-timer.

That's what I love about it. Everyone assumed the streak would either go on forever or end like you described.

Two most important rules in professional wrestling:

    1) You should convince the fans that anything is possible
    2) Everybody jobs

The only thing that I can compare it to, although there's hardly any footage of it, and it's been mostly through the stories through the years, is when Bruno dropped the belt to Koloff in the Garden. Supposedly, it was absolute silent, many were crying, and there was legitimate fear of a riot. The announcer didn't even announce Koloff as the winner.

I think it was two or three minutes before I realized my jaw was still agape. Not much, good or bad, surprises me in wrestling these days. That floored me. I thought they might end it, but never did I think Lesnar -- a part-time mercenary who will get absolutely no long-term benefit out of the push that'll come from that -- would be the guy to do it. I'd have been more comfortable with HHH winning last year to end it.

And, during the match itself, Undertaker looked terrible. JBL was playing it up, but it was the truth. Taker looked like he was blowing up and could barely stand. He looked old. By the end, it was like watching your dad get beaten up.

You could have murdered a man in the middle of the ring and the crowd would have recovered better by now than they have to this.

Wouldn't it have been something to find out that Taker was supposed to kick out of that, then decided that he was doing so terribly, that he really should be done, and decided to just lay there and let him get counted out?

Maybe that's what they want. They figure everyone will be talking about Taker tomorrow instead of Bryan winning the belt.

    Con ... spiracy.

Down goes Stef. That's one way to get the crowd awake.
