Agreed. USA can beat Belgium if they don't try to play beyond their capabilities. Defenders cannot let Belgium get easy shots. They
must not allow Belgium to get into the shooting zones and also must cut off all of the shot lanes.

Could you call France's win today an escape?

Algeria is really taking it to Germany. Still scoreless, but an awful lot of chances in the first 19 minutes.

Hopefully the US is prepared for the Belgium wheel play.
    It's tough to defend.

    Germany looks lifeless.

Germany getting better midfield possessions now and more opportunities. But this game is on a knife's edge right now.

You know who would be fun to sit next to right now? Jurgen Klinsmann.

    Yes, it would.

Germany's GK has more than 10 touches outside his own box. That's some serious "saving the back line's ass" on his part.

Forget Fergie time, it's MLS time.

I'd be interested to know what percentage of goals have been scored in the 85th minute or later in this World Cup. There have been a ton of them.

Wow, what a sequence. Great save, then defender blocks the rebound. Germany looking a lot more like Germany in the second half.

Deutschland has a goal coming. Once again, you can feel it coming.

I just hope Schweinsteiger scores. The Univision announcers are having a great time with his name. If he scores, they'll go even more berserk than usual.
