    Ref had no control of the game. He let harder and harder fouls go with no cards. Not saying that caused the injury, but there were a series of bad challenges which had gone unpunished with anything more than a free kick. Allowed an atmosphere of dangerous fouls.

    Worst officiating match of the tournament. Ref let some brutal fouls go, then carded a couple of guys for ticky-tack stuff.
