    US lucky it's not about 4-0 right now, and it may end up that way yet. Germany is far superior thus far.

    Germany is much better. 1-0 against Germany is a damn good result under normal circumstances.

    Ronaldo scores and recognizing it means very little for Portugal, just turns and walks back to midfield

    Watching the US give up the equalizer against Portugal in the 95th minute, and watching how outclassed the US is against Germany, soccer reminds me of women's college basketball. You can be in the final 16 and still be miles and miles below the top teams.
