Too bad we won't get more Warriors-Bucks. Could be the oddest (and newest) rivalry in the league.

Some oomph in the postgame scene, too.

Draymond Green looks like he's making friends all over the league.

Woulda been closer if Kobe hadn't sat with a sore shoulder.

And to think I looked at OKC -16.5 and said, "I don't know about that."

    Good grief.

On the other hand, the Lakers beat the Bucks by 18, and the Bucks beat the Warriors, so according to science Lakers>Warriors

And in the "rich athletes are stupid" department, Derrick Williams lets his club pickups heist over 750K in bling. Because lord knows it's wise to have millions in jewelry lying around when you're bringing home randomly picked up clubbers.

Kobe's quietly been pretty damn solid lately. Past 7 games
    31 points on 10 of 22, 5 assists, in 32 minutes
    22 points on 9 of 16, 8 boards, 3 assists in 32 minutes
    22 points on 7 of 15, 6 assists, in 27 minutes
    25 points on 9 of 16, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, in 31 minutes
12 points on 5 of 12 shooting in 28 minutes
    11 points on 5 of 13, in 24 minutes
    21 points on 8-16; 8 rebounds, 4 assists in 31 minutes

I mean....amidst all the jokes and worst player ever and worst shooting season ever, not bad. Could certainly be followed with a 15-game stretch where he shoots 28 percent but he seems to have found a groove, perhaps it took some time to recover from Achilles/broken knee/torn rotator cuff, or the first 20 games of the year were some bizarre performance art.

If he would be this type of player....how good of a sixth man would he be on a contender? Not that I want him ever in another uniform. And not that that's a realistic thought anyway. But I'm just glad there's at least a stretch here where it hasn't been like watching Tiger at the 2015 US Open.

OK, someone has to ask, and it might as well be me.

At 1-30, are the Sixers in a territory where the league needs to step in and do something along the lines of approving any future trades they might make. Seriously, they are making the Ted Stepien-era Cavaliers look like a model of stability. The league did step in and stop the Stepien Cavaliers from trading future first-round picks. Can they stop the Sixers from trading their few talented players for D-League players? How long before they trade Nerlens Noel to the Lakers for the last half-season of Kobe?

That's what the Colangelo move was about.

No one had to ask any of that. FYI.
