I do not recall Chris Jackson's run in the NBA being brilliant.

    Apparently Elo says no.

As the W's continue to fight as hard as ever for every win in the dog days of February/March, I appreciate even more how amazing an effort the Pats put up in 2007 to g 17-0; no sitting of starters to try to "peak" in the playoffs (looking at you Colts); just a damn shame they couldn't finish it off.

He has a stronger case than a lot of other guys, since he doesn't have an injury excuse and he wasn't drafted in the weird dark ages of the NBA. (Your 1963 number one pick, Art Heyman! etc.)

Kwame was at least a decent bench guy for his 12 years in the league. Bennett is in year three right now, and might struggle to make it to year five.

Sort of depends on how you look at it. Compared to other top picks? Sure.

But if you look at the rest of that 2013 draft... egads. Total collection of stiffs. It helps explain why he went number one in the first place.

Giannis Antetokounmpo went No. 15 in that 2013 draft. He's two months past 21 and just posted his second triple-double in a week. The Bucks did some real homework in that draft and got a potentially great player. There are enough good players out of that draft to still say Cleveland really blew it.

If you redrafted 2013 just based on NBA points scored so far, Bennett would go 28th. If you did it on Win Shares, he'd go 40th.

The top 5 in win shares from that draft are Gobert (27th pick), Mason Plumlee (22), Giannis (15), Steven Adams (12), Gorgui Deng (21)

Three years in the NBA, and Bennett has started three games. Even Greg Oden started 66 games.
