Bliss shouldn't be allowed to coach again until Joe Paterno does.

Jeff Capel withdrew from the ASU search. Interesting.

And in mid-major land, Arkansas-Little Rock hires Chris Beard from D2 (I believe) Angelo State.

Dan McHale will hop from Minnesota's bench to Eastern Kentucky. Has a history as assistant at Louisville, and started at Kentucky.

Doesn't look like they'll get an obvious upgrade out of dumping Sendek.

He got UB to the NCAA tournament in his second year. That is no small accomplishment, given the awful history that is UB athletics as a whole (mostly because, unlike almost every other state, NYS actively discouraged/outright prohibited its SUNY schools from participating in big-time intercollegiate athletics, putting them well behind the 8-ball from the get-go when they finally could add Division I programs).

He was a short-timer the second UB made it to the MAC finals. He definitely upgraded that program and his successor will have a nice base to build upon.

Wisconsin-Green Bay makes hiring a defending DII National championship coach a trend as they get Linc Darner from Florida Southern.

I've covered Linc and his team a lot in the past three years and given some time, Wisc-GB could be really really fun to watch.
