As a Kansas fan, I've always pulled for Wichita State and I love seeing a kid like Ron Baker succeed. But there are a lot of bandwagon jumpers down there who likely put their purple sweatshirts in the closet a few months ago and broke out the Shocker gear and want to talk about KU being scared to play them. KU has played the toughest schedule in the country the past two seasons, it isn't ducking anyone. Wichita State put an end to the series in the 90s after losing the last five by an average of about 30, but once they get competitive they want KU to drop everything and get them on the schedule immediately. It doesn't work that way.

On top of that, WSU people talk a lot about wanting to play, but Bill Self says he's never actually gotten a call asking for the series.

Nice job by Valpo to run out the clock. Too bad they were down by three when they did so.

It's over now, but Oregon vs. Oklahoma State was ... colorful. It looked like 10 guys wearing traffic vests.

It's like they think pops is famous for drawing up a great play for a last second shot so they'll rebel by refusing to draw up anything.

Duke cruised, and cruised, before Rob Morris rallied to 10 with about 8 to play. Then you blinked and Duke led by 31 with 3 to play. One of the stranger things I've seen in a while.

Hawkeyes play one of their best games of the year at the best time. First NCAA tourney win since 2001.

    Bring on the Zags!

14 years. Not sure which Stat is weirder: that one or that Fisher has 338 wins at San Diego State.

Iowa's win was the largest margin of victory ever in a 7/10 game according to CBS.

Can you, or anyone else, explain why the fuck Wichita State's arena's namesake is Charles Koch?

According to our good friends at Wikipedia -- "Following a $6 million endowment from Charles Koch[2]the arena underwent a $25 million renovation in 2002–03, popularly known as the "Roundhouse Renaissance.""

Oh, and Chuck was born in and lives in Wichita.
