I don't watch every week, no. Mainly just the PPVs and some clips here and there. I saw a couple of the Miz-Mizdow segments and it just seemed silly to me, I guess. I didn't realize that was one of the best angles or whatever. It also seems to me that half the talent would have been mid-carders when I watched regularly. That's the grumpy old man part of me, though. But damn are some of these people boring and stale.

Regardless, I'll probably still watch WrestleMania for the HHH-Sting and Undertaker-Wyatt matches. The rest of the card sounds like a snoozefest.

To each his own, but I love how you say some people are boring and stale, and then mention you're still looking forward to seeing Triple H, Sting and the Undertaker.

Triple H has been stale for at least a decade, and probably longer.

Same with Undertaker and Sting, but at least Sting in WWE is new and neither of them are on TV every week.

FWIW, Rollins-Orton is going to be fantastic I think for Mania.

Also, don't rule out Miz-Mizdow for Mania. it could be on the preshow, but they HAVE to do that match.

Tornado Tag Team match at Mania as well, if I'm not mistaken. I think this might be a good time for The Ascension to run with the titles. Then again, they could very well give it to Primo and Epico.

Miz-Mizdow could still get its moment. It just might not be at Wrestlemania. They'll surely advance it in the battle royal, with one of them eliminating the other late, and hopefully pay it off next month or with an entertaining mid-card match at MITB or Summerslam. Wrestlemania feels like a stop on the road in that feud, not the payoff.

The Dusts' feud is a different story. The whole point of that was to give the Rhodes Brothers their long-awaited Wrestlemania match. It was one for the smarks, a thank you to Goldust as his career winds down, and a minor match two solid performers surely would've been happy with. Taking that off the table is baffling.

Well, I don't expect the best technical wrestling matches of their lives or anything. I just get a little excited to see some of those guys.

But I'd much rather watch those old guys fumble around at WrestleMania just for the nostalgia factor than watch some idiot mid-carder like Mizdow prance around the ring mimicing everything the Miz does. Every day of the week.

You're right, though. To each his own.

Yeah. Rollins-Orton I'd probably enjoy watching. Forgot about that one.

People who haven't watched Miz and Mizdow interact would be lost if they just tuned in one night and saw Mizdow mimicking everything Miz did. It's freaking hilarious and the crowd eats it up.

I don't know if Mizdow's mimicry comes through on TV as well as it does in person. He and Miz were both at a house show I went to in September, in separate matches, and watching them come out that way was interesting. Mizdow absolutely NAILED the little things, like the way Miz steps through the ropes or the way he pulls off his sunglasses. The man has a talent. It's really amazing to see in person, which is probably why the crowd eats it up.

This week on Cheap Heat, Chris Hero reveals that Cena was turning heel after WM27. Went so far as to put a $5,000 deposit on new ring gear. Actual trunks, boots, robe, the works. The heel turn was squashed by upper management. But Cena couldn't get his deposit back, so he put the money toward ring gear for the guys in deveolpmental. Wild story.

    We came so close.

Wow - Listening right now, but haven't gotten to that part. Chris Hero is really good on this, by the way - I wonder if he'd ever be interested in announcing.
