Cheap Heat has pitched the idea of turning him into a Bray acolyte, given that they're brothers in real-life. I think that's a cool down the road idea, but only if and when they've completely soured on his bo-lieve stuff. (I still love it, for the record.)

Speaking of that podcast, they did a weird but mostly interesting pre-Wrestlemania show, because half the interviews were in character (Cody Rhodes) and half were not (Bray). It was kind of jarring to go from Stardust talking about sleeping with Cody Rhodes' wife to Charlotte Flair crying in the next interview as she remembered her dead brother.

I thought I read somewhere that they've got a sister they were hoping to some day bring in as Sister Abigail. I don't remember where I saw that, but an actual Wyatt Family angle could be pretty damn cool -- if done right.

I'm patiently waiting for Bray to get a world title match and reuniting the Family to help him win it and then go on a long tear where the Wyatt's win the tag titles as well. Eventually this will force The Shield to reunite and bring them down.

How's this look: Bray as World champ, Bo as IC/U.S. champ and Rowan/Harper as tag champs? Throw in Sister Abigail as women's champ, too. The ultimate stable.

SmackDown going to USA Network. Having Bryan with the IC title would probably be a move to ensure good ratings for the move.

Raw was good this week. I don't like the one-name gimmick but I like Adrian Neville. Warms my heart to see PTP back. Those guys are talented and hilarious with their shit talk. Really liking Cena's role with the US title and open challenges. He's not burying anybody. Ambrose and Stardust looked strong in thise matches. Would be great to let someone pull a clean upset one day when we least expect it. Maybe in the fall. Cena holds until Night if Champs, then have someone pull off a miracle upset. It would be Cena's one clean pin for the year. Worked great for Bryan and Lesnar at the last two SummerSlams.

And the best WM week interviews were on Cheap Heat (Rosenberg's YouTube page) and Sam Roberts (also on his YouTube). Stardust is living the gimmick. Wyatt out of character is odd. Surprised The E doesn't keep him away from media like it did Taker all these years. And I hope we never see Abigail. I like that it's just some creepy, mysterious reference to the character's past, like a myth. I don't need to know everything. Leave a little intrigue.

This is why I wanted Reigns repackaged. The E hasn't given it a chance to let it rest. Triple H and Michaels let DX go for such a long time that the regroup led me to mark out in 2006.

But, yes, a Shield reunion would be great ... in 2017 at the earliest.

    Wow that is huge news!

Raises quite a lot of questions as well. Is SmackDown going to be on a level playing field with RAW then? Will the brand extension come back in?

In general, do people still get pumped for SmackDown?

This isn't going to happen until first quarter 2016 in time for the Wrestlemania build.

Finally finished the Jericho/Cena podcast that was aired after Raw. Thought it was excellent. Jericho is far better at doing them than Stone Cold in my opinion. It is more conversational and less like an interrogation.

Cena came across well. Was interesting to hear his thoughts on turning heel and it makes a lot of sense. Also that OVW class! The picture of him, Brock, Randy and Batista was amazing to see.

I thought he would probably talk about The Rock stuff a lot which was also good.

I hope they let Jericho do a few more. Would love to see Seth, Randy or hell, even Brock on it. That would be money.

Seth did one with him a few months ago and I loved it but it was WAYYYY too short. The stuff about his time in developmental and the way they brought in the Shield was incredible.

That OVW stuff is pretty crazy. I wonder if we'd look at Cena differently if the Network was up in those days and OVW was broadcast like NXT.
