I do enjoy the roller coaster of emotions that these Caps give you moddy. they are a damn good team.

I don't know a lot of inside hockey, but from what I've seen in this series, it's two very evenly-matched teams where a handful of breaks here and there have made the difference. I will say I think the Caps have been better than the Rangers at the little things that have kept the puck out of their net. But it's a long way from over and I wouldn't be at all surprised if this series doesn't go seven.

I had a thought last night that all of the three other series could be over before the Flames and Ducks play Game 4. Doesn't look like it now with the Canadiens comfortably ahead tonight.
I haven't been so involved in the playoffs in a couple of decades because of working night desk. This is too much fun. I will be disappointed when we reach the point where there aren't 2 or 3 games on every day.

Corey Crawford with some great saves tonight. Wild gambles with a 6-on-4 power play, and an empty net goal should send the Hawks into the conference finals.

    Bring on the Ducks!

And suddenly the Wild has a minute of extra attacker to tie it up.

And now 15 seconds of two-man advantage.

Almost jumped the gun there ... but anyway, Chicago's off to the conference finals. Great desperation by the Wild in the final three minutes.

Let's go Caps. 1998 was a long, long time ago.

Good value if you like the Caps tonight. They're at +145 now.

Sure would be nice to see them eliminate the Rangers at the Garden.

Caps have two chances to eliminate the Rags, not three. They're not winning Game 7 at MSG after being up 3-1. They either get it done tonight or Sunday, or go home.

Rangers dominating. Didn't realize that Holtby's save pct is .970 for the playoffs, that's insane.

C'mon Caps, let's get a goal and 20 more shutout minutes.

Biased eyes so I could be wrong - was Ward pushed into Lundqvist by Stepan?
