I know if I wanted to rip guys apart this year, the two I'd start with would be Jake Arrieta and Chris Sale.

Not ripping Sale at all, but someone way smarter than me is ripping Arrieta.

Trevor Plouffe might have some value if the Twins want to move him, but with Byung Ho Park looking like he's headed to the minors the Twins will have the DH spot open when Miguel Sano is activated. Sano isn't going back to the outfield, so down the road there will be a decision to be made about Plouffe.

The Yankees seem much more likely to deal Miller before Chapman.

Considering they've been unbeatable most of the season, both Kershaw and Cueto (6 IP, 8H, 6ER in a no decision vs. Phillies) get hit hard on the same day.

    It's a funny game.

Cueto got fucked in the inning he gave up 2 runs to make it 5-5. Strike zone pinched to the size of my toenail when he clearly threw what should've a been inning-ending backward-K against Franco, who drew a walk to load 'em up, before Asche drove in the tying runs with a single up the middle. Cueto was throwing pretty well.

And Dick's profoundly inadequate Jake Arrieta leads the world in ERA. Funny game indeed.
