He's an excellent in-ring performer, he's expanded his repertoire, which has been entertaining to watch and he does try to have a personality, although he's just not that good at generating heel heat. The crowd also was fairly dead for most of the night, at least from what I saw between flipping between that and the football game.

The big thing, though, is I don't think they were really buying Kalisto as a contender. We're so used to tag team/midcard guys pulling off non-title upsets, then losing the title match, that the crowd was just waiting for him to make the inevitable mistake and lose.

Becky Lynch may have had the quote of the year award locked up.

 

That was a great segment and Ric and Charlotte have been great, I think it was Rosenberg that first mentioned it but they deserve so much credit for getting heel heat when everybody generally loves both of them and most people are meh on Becky. It's a great story.

Shows how far the storylines in this "revolution" have come......a few months ago a run in and no match would've been right in the Give Divas A Chance wheelhouse. But because this served the story between two great performers, it really worked.

 

I've read Orlando is a favorite, and Philadelphia has been pushing hard to get one for several years. Beyond that, nothing concrete.

 

I thought Minnesota had it locked up for 33? Pretty sure I read it was Minnesota for 33 and Orlando/Philly for 34.

 

That's what I thought as well. Minnesota for 33, I mean. probably worked out in the Lesnar contract.

 

Is the Stone Cold Podcast with Ric Flair worth watching?

 

Seeing as how great the others have been, I'd say yes.

 

Brock's was horrible.
