    1) Yes, because Seth did almost all the talking and Dean pitched in. Hmmmm, where have I seen that before? Odd than Roman next to those two guys looks amazing and on his own looks like a schmuck.....

    2) AJ has to win......but if history is any indicator he's porked. They're making it Indies vs WWE here and Vince isn't going to let WWE lose. It's stupid, Vince has already won, everything, and he should be concerned with making AJ bigger than he ever was before....but that doesn't seem to be how he operates.

Also of note---has Cena wrestled since he lost the US title to Del Rio? He had the brief comeback and got hurt again before Mania and I don't remember what he did on Raw......maybe a tag match? Point being is he in position to job two straight matches and when was the last time that happened?

Or given his proclivities, maybe he missed her high school graduation. Or junior high.

    Observer from June 20:

    - Lawler, during an appearance at a Superman convention last week, said WWE would be moving to 20 PPVs this coming year, two a month for each brand. (Note: Observer came out this week before his arrest and suspension.)

    - Meanwhile, at TNA… Billy Corgan has put some money into the company and is now a legit minority owner, not just a TV character. The production company for TNA was threatening not to tape on June 9 and June 10 because of how much money they were owed. The shows taped will run through June 29, which means the process will repeat around July 5.

Despite the clear money issues, they’re still offering big deals to people leaving WWE or in New Japan, and they re-signed Bobby Lashley.

    - Angle is wrestling on the indies, and looks good (in shape). However, he’s recovering from knee surgery, which is clearly bothering him, and he’s been limited to 10 minute matches.

    - Charges against Adam Rose were dropped after he agreed to get domestic violence counseling.

    - Wade Barrett has said on Twitter that his wrestling character is “dead and buried.” He’s been trying to get auditions as a soccer analyst.

    - Jim Ross is trying to produce a documentary, 6:05 on the Superstation, which would be about TBS wrestling.

    - Wags, which has Barbie Blanks (Kelly Kelly) in the cast, comes back for a second season on E! this week.

    - ROH’s Adam Cole missed some shows this weekend because of a severe case of pneumonia. It had spread to a third of his lung, and he was at the hospital from June 10 to June 13.

    - David Otunga, who has been doing commentary for Raw pre-shows, is going to be on the Main Event and Superstars teams going forward.

But Cena is kinda wrong. He talks shit about about indie guys coming in, but it goes against the history that they had him put over Punk and Bryan and Owens. Punk fairly clean and Bryan totally clean and Owens totally clean.

The E seriously thinks we have no memory of prior events unless they make a video package. Repug.

True. But KO lost the war with Cena and was a WWE property through NXT.

I just hope AJ doesn't get put in the drawer with Sting, who lost every WWE match he had ostensibly so Vince could beat WCW again.....

Yeah. All two of them (including one to the reigning champ which, if he'd won, would have set off an internet shitstorm the likes of which hasn't been seen since "Post a picture of your turd Tuesday" on Facebook).

There was absolutely no reason for Sting to beat Rollins for the title. None at all.

Him losing to Haitch at Mania? I can live with it as well.

If anything, it might have made more sense for him to beat Trips at WM. Then he could be, "I beat the head of the Authority, so give me a title match!"

Sting going down to HHH in a Wwf/WCW angle in which the WCW guys in Stings corner were in fact Stings mortal enemies at the height of WCW is the most Vince McMahon thing ever. If it were a joke on Camp WWE we'd scarcely find it plausible.

I'm not entirely disagreeing that Sting should have won his WM match. Just the way you phrased that made it sound like Sting was in a PPV match every month for a year and was jobbing out to Heath Slater.
Sting wrestled exactly two matches in WWE. You can argue he should have won the first one. There's no one with any sense about the business who thinks he should have won the second.
