And they were on this list.

    Did Devil93 compile this list?

For whoever gets those guys hopefully works out better than the whole Riggin' for Wiggins thing has.

If they wanted to tank, arguably, they should have kept Hoiberg.

Yep. Tanking is a dicey prospect. In just the past 6 years the top overall picks have included Wiggins, Anthony Bennett and Markelle Fultz.

But to be fair, there's a universe where the Cavs end up with Lebron, Kyrie, Embiid and Victor Oladipo.

True, but look at the flip side.

The Sixers tanked at a level that was unprecedented. They sucked for years to stockpile picks and rebuild. That team was garbage for a long time, but they got the lottery picks -- four top 3 picks in four years.

If the Cavaliers don't make the odds-defying jump to number one in 2014, the 76ers likely come out of that tank-fest with Ben Simmons, Jahlil Okafor, Markelle Fultz and Jabari Parker.

In a three year period with two No. 1 overalls and two No. 4 overalls, the Cavaliers drafted Kyrie, Tristan Thompson, Anthony Bennett, and Dion Waiters. Kyrie's great, but that's not a haul to conquer the league with.

It's almost like that's a bad, chaotic organization that can't properly evaluate talent.
