    If a guy has his arms up? That said, they screw with the rules so much for the offensive side's benefit. Nice to see the defense get a break.

    I assume this has to be about helping the defenses. I don't think it will eliminate deep passes, but it does reduce the reward potential for throwing jump balls deep.

    This won't go over well with fans of the Jaguars or Titans or other SEC-area teams. Then again, anything to which the irrelevant franchises object is probably a good move.
