    Drew Bledsoe, 2002-04.

Add: I think Losman did, too, in '05-07.

One more add: Taylor actually would've been a three-year opening-day starter, except for a bullspit trick play against the Colts in 2015.
Matt Cassel “starts” at quarterback for the Bills

I remember asking the friend who was using my other ticket, "They had all offseason to gameplan, and they came up with THAT?!?!?!"

Beldsoe was drafted by the Pats. I thought Trent Edwards was the starter one of those year with Losman, my bad.

My bad in skipping "they drafted," which would also DQ Taylor.

Losman started in Edwards' rookie season, but Trent inherited the job for a few weeks after Vince Wilfork took out J.P.'s knee. (Not the first, or last, Bills player he cheapshotted: Inside The Bills | Wilfork’s dirty play costs Pats)

Browns are drafting Darnold at No. 1 and the defensive end Chubb at No. 4.

    So sayeth TheSportsPredictor.

Another QB fun fact: Patrick Mahomes is in line to snap a 38-year streak for the Chiefs. The last quarterback that they drafted who led them in passing for a season was Steve Fuller in 1980.

Is that a prediction or a fond hope? They could sure do much worse.

Gotta hand it to the Bucs for being aggressive.

    Is this about cap space?

It may be more about the team needing help at multiple positions and having an aging QB. They need picks more than talent that has already peaked.
