2018 Pro Wrestling thread

The way I see it: Becky wins the Royal Rumble and chases Rousey for the RAW belt, leaving Charlotte and Asuka in the SmackDown championship match at WrestleMania. Those four are the main event; the rest of the rosters will fill spots accordingly.

 

Depending on the yes-or-no with the tag tiles, they could easily move Banks to Smackdown and refresh her as heel boss challenger to Asuska.

 

My guess? Heath Slater.
Gives him something to do, he's a good character, and allows Corbin to get some comeuppance. Seems like it's time for a face GM, too.

Well, there's two fresh faces on the women's side.

 

Corbin off the air and Owens and Zayn both returning -- praise jeebus.

 

I dont wanna pick nits but Breeze’s match with Richochet was 10x better than the one with Ambrose. Says more about Dean than it does about Tyler.

They don’t use Sanity, they dont really use Crews, they dont really use Revivial or Gallows and Anderson, but lets bring up the Heavy Machinary guys right when they might actually get a Takeover match. Great idea.

EC3 is the only one on the list who I think will still be on TV by Wrestlemania.

 

Heavy Machinery was in the Royal Rumble last year. I know it wasn't the best exposure to them and I'm sure they've had some character development in NXT, but they struck me as a modern day version of the Natural Disasters with less charisma.

 

Nikki will get thrown in the battle royal or something. I like Lacey's gimmick, but I doubt they'll do much with her.

 

The littler guy, Dozovich or however you spell it , is awesome. Hes really funny, intentionally or not.

If they end up on Smackdown theyre going to get the “steaks and weights” thing over huge the way Rusev Day was, but its like the company will see it as an accident and not do anything with it anyway
