Here's how much I pay attention to ESPN: I thought it had fired Ed Werder, or last I heard.

The odd wording (and using Ed Werder!) instead of just using "was fired" makes it pretty clear that Jerry views this as a conscious uncoupling.
"We still love each other, we just feel that this phase of our relationship has run its course."

    Ok.
Let's say this is finally done...
    Riley?
I don't see Meyer here because he will want not only the grocery list.....he will want the keys to the store.

    Redskins have Rivera presser yesterday.
Snyder comes up and says "First of all. Happy Thanksgiving everybody."
    What an idiot.
Is there another owner in the NFL that people just generally don't like?
We give Jerry krap, but seems like a good guy overall.

Dave Dameshek at the NFL Network brought this up years ago, and I agree - Jerry Jones kind of runs the Cowboys in a much more "fun" fashion than any other owner. Like, if I suddenly owned an NFL team, of course I'd want to be in the draft room, making picks and scouting! What's the point of spending $X billion on a team if you're just going to let other people manage it? I doubt it leads to the most wins, but Jones seems like he's having the most "fun" as an owner, short of Steve Ballmer maybe.

Except when they gag away a division title.

Urbey likes to say he's all-in until he clutches his chest and says he needs to spend more time with family.

Woody Johnson seems like a world-class POS.

Mark Davis is a fucking moron.

Robert Kraft is kind of a two-faced whoremonger.

Otherwise, they're kind of like the Elks Club.
