2019 MLB postseason thread

Double-A seems fine. Each league has a couple of outliers (Amarillo in the Texas League, Jacksonville in the Southern League) but nothing too terrible. Hell, the only Double-A team west of the Metroplex is Amarillo.
Triple-A, and the Pacific Coast League in particular, is the one that's way too spread out. The PCL is a nationwide league playing at a level where the finances should dictate a more regional approach. Like others have said, though, there are easier fixes for that than blowing up the whole system. A third Triple-A league or moving a couple of the PCL teams over to the International League would solve a lot of it.
You could do an east/west split with the PCL and come up with a pair of eight-team leagues that make more geographic sense than what they have now.
