Everybody knows the stadium should be in Tampa
They built a ballpark on spec that was obsolete by the time they got a team
They put it in a bad neighborhood they hoped to revitalize
Now they won’t put up the $$$ they need for a new park
For all the things the Rays do right on the field, they do a lot of dumb things off it
The proposal of a time share with Montreal being the latest

Now you are comparing apples and lugnuts in a vain attempt to make a point. Is the next step connecting this to your attack on Matt Lauer's latest accuser?

Hey, did the Steelers have a 100 percent chance of not losing yesterday? Or did your gut tell you otherwise?

Feels like the Nats haven't played in about six weeks.

Matt Lauer has his transaction cancelled

In case anybody wants to know why CD is polluting this thread and the running NFL threads, here you go.

To be clear, it is absolutely fair to debate the impact of money and market size on competitive balance in baseball. That can be done without personal attacks, though that seems to be beyond CD's capacity.

On the actual topic, the Nats still haven't named their starter for Game 1, have they?

    It's going to be Scherzer.

I had lost track of who pitched more recently. I assume they would be good with Scherzer or Strasburg.

I stand by everything I said on the Lauer thread and elsewhere. My arguments about the NFL and postseason baseball are spot on and supported. The Steelers had a 97.5 percent chance of winning at the end of the Chargers game, but you know in your guy they had a great chance to lose. @poindexter called you on it and you got butthurt.

MLB teams in the bottom half of the payroll scale consistently make the playoffs, including 5 of 10 this year. That ain't cherry picking; that's fact.

You think you're rallying people to your side but you're not. Take your L. Or make that, take your L3.

Yes, you do like to stand by your ignorance.

Your posts on the Lauer thread were not just ignorant and wrong, they were disgusting.

Your point about Steelers-Chargers was driven by your need to engage in personal attacks on me and was based on a statistic that didn't come close to properly measuring the situation.

Your posts on MLB show that you don't even understand the argument I'm making. Nothing you posted truly counters what I'm saying, but you are too blinded by your need for internet revenge to bother with reading comprehension.

Nothing you just said is true and doesn't address what I said in any instance. I'm done with you, you bore me. Last time I'll respond

Leave on a lie. That's your style. I do understand your desire to run away after losing so consistently.

But yes, please let us put the focus back on the World Series or other matters related to MLB, not your angry obsession.
