    About 15 minutes longer than the average regular-season game in recent years. And that's a statistically significant difference.

    I love the game, I love the World Series, love everything about it, but holy fuck does the commercial length kill the watching experience.

    I wasn't watching, but apparently some Nationals fans are really pissed off about a called strike on a pitch they claim was well off the plate outside by Cole in the seventh. Is there any merit to the complaint?

    Even if the Nationals lose tonight, I still think they have a decent shot to force a Game 7 with Strasburg pitching Game 6. It's not as if Greinke has been untouchable if he gets that start.
