Or Soto - first guy to hit home runs at two different ages.

You can make a case for all three.

Gotta be Rendon MVP, right? Co-MVP with Stras?

Odd way for the Rendon interview to end. Seemed like it wasn't shown live and something inappropriate must have happened to cut it short.

I had the thought he might be in the mix as well. Haven't looked up their stats for the whole series. Would Soto be the youngest WSMVP?

Please no co-MVP nonsense. Pick a guy.

Soto and Rendon both had three HRs, right? At two different ages doesn't matter much to me. It's a footnote. Not sure who had more hits, RBIs, etc.

I could honestly care less about MVP. But the player I’m the happiest for is Max.

    Just looked ...
    Rendon 7-for-24, 3 HR, 2 R, 7 RBI, 3BB, 2K
    Soto 7-for-23, 3 HR, 5 R, 6 RBI, 4 BB, 7K

Dead heat. Soto struck out more, but scored more. That's basically the difference.

FWIW, I generally defer to the guys who play every day over a guy who pitched two games, as brilliant as he may have been. Strasburg threw 14.1 innings, went 2-0, struck out 14 and had a WHIP around 1.

They just announced Stras as the MVP. Given how close Soto and Rendon were, it's a solid choice. Dominating Game 6 like that was impressive.
